In a turnaround, we often assume the operational responsibility and accountability for the business, generally by replacing management. Our teams of senior executives, with turnaround experience and domain expertise, assume active management roles within the client organization.

In performance improvement, we generally work alongside management. This approach has proven effective when management retains the confidence of the Board but may benefit from outside resources to enhance specific areas of an operation. We assume responsibility for delivery of a functional area, product, or project.

In either situation, we are aligned with our client’s interests. A sense of urgency is clearly established with a focus on results.
